Ronnie Olinger has called Volusia County home for over 42 years, giving him a deep appreciation for the community and everything that makes this area a special place to live. After working alongside his family in their business for 28 years, Ronnie and his family made the decision to sell the business—allowing his parents to enjoy retirement and giving him the chance to pursue something he is truly passionate about: real estate. A devoted husband and father, Ronnie and his wife, Katie, homeschool their two young children and recently built their family’s dream home on five acres here in New Smyrna Beach , where they also live with their two dogs. That personal experience of navigating the home-buying and building process inspired him to help others find their forever homes in this beautiful community. Ronnie is proud to be part of Oceans Luxury Realty, where he is committed to ongoing education, mentorship, and professional growth.
